What size furoshiki should I choose?

What is Mini Furoshiki ?

Wrap your cutlery with the elastic band and use it as a washable napkin. Rewrap your used cutlery after meal to keep your lunch bag clean.
Reusable, eco-friendly, lunchbox ready.

How do I wash the fabric?

  • Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Use mild detergent, avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Air dry flat or hang to dry — avoid direct sunlight to preserve colors.
  • Iron on low to medium heat if needed, preferably while slightly damp.
  • Do not tumble dry to maintain fabric quality and shape.

Following these steps will keep your furoshiki soft, vibrant, and long-lasting.

Shipping

Thank you for supporting Chiing Creations, a small artist-run studio based in Sudbury, Ontario. Each order is carefully prepared and packed by hand.

Orders ship from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at 1373 Martindale Road (Tim Hortons).
After your order is ready, I will reach out by email to arrange a convenient pickup date and time.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Chiing Creations ships within Canada and the United States.
I hope to offer international shipping in the future as the shop grows, thank you for your support and understanding.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you live in an apartment, suite, unit, or building, be sure to include this information in the address field. This is especially important for orders shipped via Lettermail within Canada, which does not include tracking through Canada Post. Missing unit numbers may result in delivery delays or returned mail.
Chiing Creations is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Canada

Lettermail (Untracked-Canada Post)
3–6 business days
This option is available for smaller items such as lightweight products and within Canada only. Please note that lettermail does not include tracking.
Please use below guidelines to help you to decide if you can use lettermail to ship your orders.

If your order is too large or bulky to fit within Lettermail size limits, it will need to be shipped as a tracked parcel instead.
In this case, we will contact you with the updated shipping cost. Any additional shipping fees will need to be paid before your order can be processed and shipped.

Tracked Parcel (Canada Post)
3-10 business days
Recommended for larger orders or if you prefer tracking.

United States

7–14 business days (tracked parcel-Canada Post)

  • Chiing Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.


Tax Information

Chiing Creations is based in Ontario, Canada. We are currently a small supplier under the CRA guidelines and do not charge GST/HST on purchases. No additional taxes will be added to your order at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or solution.
