What size furoshiki should I choose?



How do I wash the fabric?

  • Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Use mild detergent, avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Air dry flat or hang to dry — avoid direct sunlight to preserve colors.
  • Iron on low to medium heat if needed, preferably while slightly damp.
  • Do not tumble dry to maintain fabric quality and shape.

Following these steps will keep your furoshiki soft, vibrant, and long-lasting.

Orders ship from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

Lettermail (Untracked)
3–6 business days
This option is available for smaller items such as lightweight products and within Canada only. Please note that lettermail does not include tracking.
Please use below guidelines to help you to decide if you can use lettermail to ship your orders:

Tracked Parcel
3-10 business days
Recommended for larger orders or if you prefer tracking.

Free shipping is available within Canada for orders over $90.

United States

7–14 business days (tracked parcel)

International

10–21 business days (tracked parcel)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees required by their country.

Tax Information

Chiing Creations is based in Ontario, Canada. We are currently a small supplier under the CRA guidelines and do not charge GST/HST on purchases. No additional taxes will be added to your order at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or solution.
