Hi, I’m Chiing, the designer and maker behind Chiing Creations.

My journey into surface pattern design began with a lifelong love of patterns, textures, and the small details that bring beauty to everyday life. Before discovering pattern design, I worked as a graphic designer and later as a pastry chef, two creative paths that taught me to appreciate both precision and artistry.

Today, I create hand-drawn patterns inspired by nature and quiet moments found in daily living. These designs are printed on fabric and transformed into furoshiki wraps, reusable cloths that can be folded into gift wraps, bags, and practical everyday companions.

Through Chiing Creations, I hope to share something that are both functional and artful, encouraging a more thoughtful and sustainable way of gifting and living.

Based in Sudbury, Ontario, my work brings together design, craftsmanship, and a love for meaningful, reusable objects.
